VIRTUAL MEETING & WEBINAR MANAGEMENT

Some virtual events are well-suited for readily available web-conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams or Webex etc..) either because they are intended for a smaller invited audience or group interaction is a major goal. Our team can provide full management and coordination of these meetings to give them a polished level of production different from a regular afternoon meeting.

We will work with you to develop a focused run of show, simple static graphics, and an attendee and speaker management plan. Our team will coordinate access links, speaker rehearsals, and event recordings. On the day of the event we will serve as meeting hosts as visibly or invisibly as needed, moving attendees into appropriate rooms, cueing and spotlighting speakers and keeping an eye on the mute button.

These events can be internal, just for participants in the meeting or webinar, or live streamed out to publicly available platforms (eg. YouTube, Facebook Live, Periscope etc..)
