For more complicated multi-track or multi-day events featuring a variety of sessions at different levels of production, registration requirements and networking opportunities, our team can work with you to identify or build out a custom platform to meet your needs. We can either utilize Bizzabo, Shindig, Hopin or any number of novel conference platforms that our team is trained on, or create a totally new platform, custom-built to your needs.

We’ll manage tracking and developing platform copy and graphics, mapping out a staffing plan, creating speaker briefings and training your team. On the day of the event we will provide broadcast support for plenary sessions, meeting management for breakouts and networking sessions, and serve as overall traffic control and troubleshooting support to provide a seamless user experience.
